Statutory conformity protection
For consumer purchases, the seller is responsible for non-conformity present at delivery and identified within two years. Statutory repair/replacement is free of charge within a reasonable period agreed in writing, no longer than 15 calendar days after notification.
Faults, damage and warranty
Personalisation does not exclude statutory conformity rights. Email hello@forma-studio.ro with the order number and problem. Photos help but are not a condition for your rights. Repair, replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination are handled under OUG 140/2021. We also assist with shipping damage; courier liaison is not solely your responsibility. FORMA Lifetime Care offers repairability help after the statutory period: costs are agreed beforehand, not unlimited free lifetime cover.
Personalised-goods exception
Illumi is clearly personalised using your photo and approved configuration. Article 16(c) of OUG 34/2014 exempts such goods from 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods and does not automatically apply to any non-personalised product.

For complaints, email hello@forma-studio.ro with the order number or call us. You can contact ANPC and use SAL through the official links below; access to courts and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
