Data and legal bases
Name, email, phone, addresses, billing, photos and configuration: preparing/performing your contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)). Invoices and mandatory records: legal obligation (6(1)(c)). Security and necessary logs: legitimate interest (6(1)(f)). Newsletter: separate withdrawable consent (6(1)(a)). We do not store card numbers or CVV. Without necessary data we cannot fulfil the order.
Photos and retention
Photos are used only for your product and support; publication/advertising needs separate permission. Originals are private; scheduled cleanup marks them for deletion 90 days after the last update of a closed order. Unattached uploads may be deleted after 24 hours. Production files are retained for fulfilment and necessary repairs, then separately deleted. Invoice and order records remain for mandatory retention and legal claims.
Recipients and providers
Only necessary data is shared: NETOPIA for payment, Sameday delivery, Oblio/ANAF invoicing, Resend email, hosting/database providers for operation. Loading OpenStreetMap tiles shares your IP and technical request data; we do not request GPS. Processing outside the EEA requires appropriate legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Newsletter and online requests
We record email, language, consent time/version and unsubscribe status. Signup is immediately active; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. The initial 10% offer applies once to the first order through welcome signup only, not footer/checkout signup. Cancellation/withdrawal form data and timestamp are used only for handling and evidence, not marketing.
Rights and complaints
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability at hello@forma-studio.ro; object to legitimate-interest processing or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally reply within one month. Mandatory records cannot always be erased. You can complain to ANSPDCP. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects on you.
NETOPIA logo
The official payment logo loads from NETOPIA's mny.ro service. The provider receives your IP and normal image-request metadata; this logo request does not send your uploaded photograph or card details.
