Who sells and invoices?
FORMA is a brand of DÉNES G. DÁVID P.F.A.. This business makes and sells Illumi products in its own name, is the contractual seller and issues the invoice. It is not a marketplace or intermediary. Oblio provides invoicing, NETOPIA payments and Sameday delivery; they are not the seller. The business is currently not VAT-registered.
Order and personalisation
The product description, dimensions, materials, accessories and chosen configuration define your product. Check your photo, crop, orientation, text and address. We confirm the order and total by email. The approved image is a permanent part of the product and cannot be replaced. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you and refund any payment.
Prices and payment
Prices and payments are in RON. The total, discounts and separate delivery charge are shown before submission; VAT is not added afterwards. Pay by card on NETOPIA's secure page or on delivery through Sameday. Easybox payment on collection is by card, not cash. The seller issues your invoice through Oblio and sends it by email.
Production time
Production normally takes 3–5 working days after we have your order and a suitable photo; card payment must also be confirmed. If the photo needs clarification, we discuss it by email and the period starts after approval. Courier delivery time is additional.
Sameday and Easybox
We deliver within Romania to your address or chosen Easybox. Sameday describes Next Day as a minimum of 24 hours depending on destination, parcel and dispatch time, not a guaranteed 24-hour arrival. Follow the estimate through AWB tracking and Sameday notifications. The courier supplies the locker code and collection deadline; extensions depend on its terms. For missed collection, we discuss redelivery and its cost by email. Contact us for help with delays or damage.
Order cancellation
Before personalised production starts, request cancellation at hello@forma-studio.ro or through the form. We handle it by email and refund the full payment for an accepted cancellation. After production starts, we discuss each request individually by email. The request does not automatically cancel or refund an order and does not restrict statutory rights.
Personalised-goods exception
Illumi is clearly personalised using your photo and approved configuration. Article 16(c) of OUG 34/2014 exempts such goods from 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods and does not automatically apply to any non-personalised product.
Withdrawal where applicable
Where statutory withdrawal applies to your order, notify us within 14 days of receipt using the form, email or post. No reason is required; timely submission matters. Return the goods within a further 14 days to the business address: Județul Sălaj, Samsud, comuna Samsud, Strada Principală nr. 343. You pay direct return postage, but not statutory non-conformity remedy costs. Refunds are normally made within 14 days using the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery. Where the law permits, we may wait for the goods or proof of return.
Faults, damage and warranty
Personalisation does not exclude statutory conformity rights. Email hello@forma-studio.ro with the order number and problem. Photos help but are not a condition for your rights. Repair, replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination are handled under OUG 140/2021. We also assist with shipping damage; courier liaison is not solely your responsibility. FORMA Lifetime Care offers repairability help after the statutory period: costs are agreed beforehand, not unlimited free lifetime cover.
Complaints and disputes
For complaints, email hello@forma-studio.ro with the order number or call us. You can contact ANPC and use SAL through the official links below; access to courts and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
